The main header for the Mantle package, which handles higher-level robotics mechanisms.

This is the "mantle" of the library, which serves as a VEX-dependent extended robotics library reliant on Crust and Core. This features functionality for higher-level systems and mechanisms, rather than specific hardware/electronics.
